Course Withdrawal Policy

1. Exerceo allows students to withdraw from a course. Any refund resulted from the withdrawal shall be calculated in accordance to the Exerceo ‘Refund Policy’.

2. If the student is below 18 years of age, the parent or guardian’s approval for the transfer / withdrawal will be required.

3. For withdrawals, the service target is to complete the process within 4 weeks and if the student is entitled to any refund in accordance to the Exerceo’s Refund Policy, Exerceo shall complete the refund  within 7 working days from the date of the request. 

4. Students are briefed on the Withdrawal Policy and Procedure during pre-course counselling and during student orientation.  The withdrawal policy and procedure is available in Exerceo website and student handbook. The process owner shall maintain the withdrawal policy and procedure updated in the website and other relevant documents at all times.

5. During orientation, students are informed on the implications to the status of the student pass for international students who withdraw from their course.
