Dispute Resolution Policy
3.1 It is Exerceo’s policy to try to reach a fair and amicable solution for all disputes.
3.2 Should any student feel aggrieved, he must submit the grievance in writing to Exerceo.
3.3 A manager within Exerceo will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 3 days and commence an investigation. The investigation will be completed within 7 working days and if the grievance is justified, the manager will offer a solution to the student.
3.4 If the student declines the solution, the grievance will be referred to the Principal who will review the case and offer a second solution. All these proceedings would be completed within 14 days and complainants are kept informed of the status.
3.5 If the student still refuses to accept the second solution and before the maximum of 21 days, Exerceo will propose that the matter be resolved through the CPE Student Services Centre, using the Dispute Resolution Scheme of the Committee for Private Education, which is described on the CPE website. This dispute resolution scheme may, where appropriate, involve the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb).
